My name is Milton Crossland Sr., Owner of Crossland Investigative and Security Services (CISS) and Crossland Private Investigative Service (CPIS). I have been the owner of CPIS since 1999, and owner of CISS since 2001. The different assignments are listed below.

Investigative Research Assignments

1. People searches (SSN Locate, Skip Trace, PO Box Trace, and Utility Search)
2. Telephone Searches (Phone number into name and address, and Phone number acquisition)
3. Source of Income (Source of Income, and Skip Trace Combo)
4. Banks and Brokerage (Statewide Personal Bank, Nationwide Personal Bank, Bank Balance Check, Brokerage Search, Brokerage Balance Update, Nationwide Bank and Brokerage Combo, Complete Asset Search, and Enhanced Asset Search)
5. Business and Corporate Assets (FEIN Locate, Business Bank Statewide, Business Bank Nationwide, and Corporate Affiliations Search)
6. Miscellaneous (Employment History, International Credit Reports, Reverse Real Estate, Real Estate Search, Insurance Locate, Vehicle Insurance Locate, and Hospital Visits).

Security Assignments

Security Assignments include Uniform/Plain Clothes for Commercial and Residential Contracts.

Other Security Assignments

Other Security Assignments include Security Officer Training. CISS is a licensed Private Patrol Operator certified to provide Security Officer Training in the State of California.

CISS provides Security Officer Training to two (2) groups of Individuals. The first group does not have a guard card, and the second group has a guard card.

CISS mission

CISS mission is to help each participant learn basic and refresher Security Guard Training so that they can either become employable in the Security Industry or retain their current positions. Individuals and Group rates will be discussed with the appropriate contact person. There are discounts given for groups of 10 or more. conviction (certain misdemeanor convictions may disqualify you)

Training Requirements for those who do not have a guard card is as follows;

1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. Must not have a felony conviction (certain misdemeanor convictions may disqualify you)
3. Must complete and pass the “Powers to Arrest” 8 hour Training course and Examination
4. Must pay for the Initial Application Fee.
5. Must be fingerprinted (Live Scan) for Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation fee.
6. Must pay for the Security Training and initial Security Guard Application fee.

Training Requirements for those who have a guard card is as follows;

1. Must complete a 40-hour training course within a 6-month period of time.
a- Must complete 8 hours of training prior to being assigned on post,
b- Must complete 16 hours of training within the first 30 days

c- Must complete 16 hours of training within the first six (6) months
2. Must pay Security Guard Registration renewal fee two (2) years after their initial guard card. Rates for training will be discussed after contact with CISS.
